When I get the time I love to head on over to the Miss Selfridge website (or my nearest store) and fill my basket with a few items from the ‘New In’ section. Unfortunately my finances don’t always allow me to do this so this month, instead of filling my basket I browsed and window shopped until my heart just couldn’t take it anymore and these are the pieces that I am loving from Miss Selfridge at the moment.
This jumpsuit seriously gives me the urge to jump on the next plane to somewhere sunny and spend my evenings sipping cocktails and listening to music. I love the halter neck back and the open v-neck and the pop of purple flowers contrast beautifully against the bright white background.
Knitwear? In Summer? Yep, whatever the weather I am always partial to a bit of knitwear and this pretty pastel blue jumper is no exception. The cropped, scalloped hem is different to anything else in my wardrobe and the lightweight fabric make this the perfect transition piece from Summer to Autumn.
Is it me or does this bag look way more expensive than it is? To me, it screams designer but the high street £29.00 price tag won’t break the bank. It can either be used with the centre handle for an evening out or dinner date and or the cross body strap for lugging round all the essentials on a girly shopping trip, it looks like the perfect size for me.
If you’re like me then you will go through pumps like they’re going out of fashion. Come rain or shine you will most likely see me in a pair of pumps, preferably black but now that we are in the midst of Summer, a nice red pair may be more apt!
In all honesty, I’m not a huge jewellery person. Taking the time to put on a watch is often a huge effort for me however this gorgeous gold and pastel necklace could be the exception. The rhinestones and pastel coloured stones would look beautiful underneath a crisp, white shirt collar or with a black playsuit or jumpsuit for an evening look.
Style and comfort? What more could you want? These trousers are made up of 96% viscose and 4% elastane so they can either be worn as with a strappy black cami for a night out of for a comfy (but still chic) shopping trip with the girls.
